Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are personalized and/or printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns. That said, we want you to feel completely confident ordering from us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll happily issue a refund or send a replacement. Please see our Refund & Reshipment Policy below and contact our support team for assistance.
You may request a refund or a reshipment in the following situations:

Order cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed, if it has not been already sent into production. In these case, send us a message through our Contact Us page. Sometimes they are sent immediately into production so cancellation is not possible.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If your order arrives with an issue, you can request a replacement or refund through our Contact Us form within 14 days of delivery.
Important notes:

Please include a photo as proof when reporting defective/damaged/incorrect items. Without this, we cannot process the case.

Our replacement/refund window is valid for 14 days from the delivery date (or 20 days from the order date). Requests outside this timeframe unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
We want your items to turn out just as you envisioned. Please double-check personalization details (spelling, names, and options) before submitting your order.
If you’re unsure about customization before placing your order, feel free to reach out via our Contact page — we’ll be glad to guide you. Since orders go into production quickly, cancellations or changes are only possible within 2 hours of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
