Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for non-custom and non-customized products, and products that are not on sale, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom Products (personalized items, those where you input word or picture before ordering):
- Due to products being custom made for each order we are unable to offer refunds once the piece has entered production. We can, and will, however, replace a piece if it is found to have had a fault during the manufacturing process.
- We will not refund or exchange pieces where details are entered incorrectly (ie typos). Please make sure you are careful and check the details you enter when ordering.
Refunds will not be given to purchases lost or damaged in shipment. We recommend that you keep the insurance checked in the cart at checkout to be covered.
Additional non-returnable items:
Products on SALE are not returnable, no exceptions.
Gift cards are considered a non-returnable item.
The Return Process:
To start a return, please first contact us at info@versatilezing.com with your order number and item you wish to return. If your item is eligible for return, we will approve it and send you instructions and address to return it to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. (except if it is a manufacturing issue).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund as well as original payment processing fees.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Refunds might take between 3 and 10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet…

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Holiday Season Policy
During our busy holiday season we try our best to let you know your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order.
Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Versatile Zing or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
